JACKSON, Wyo. — The fair has come to town, and it sure looks pretty after dark.

Buckrail photographer Nick Sulzer captured night one of the county fair magic on Wednesday. The lights, colors and rides really create some nostalgia, even without the popcorn smells and sticky cotton candy.

The fair will be around until Sunday, July 27, and the carnival will remain open until midnight each evening. Classic carnival rides abound: Zero Gravity, Pharaoh’s Fury, the Zipper and the Tornado. For those who want a slower pace, take a spin on the Ferris wheel for a great view of town, or try out a game to win a stuffed animal. Just don’t forget the funnel cake!
