JACKSON, Wyo. — While most Halloween events will take place on Halloweekend, there are still opportunities to focus on the hocus-pocus this weekend. Saturday, Oct. 25
Halloween Concert
The Jackson Hole Community Band will put on a family-friendly concert at Walk Festival Hall in Teton Village. The free performance begins at 3 p.m. and will feature festive tunes from productions like “Wicked” and “The Addams Family.” Costumes are encouraged. Learn more here.
Sunday, Oct. 26
Frankenstein: A Living Comic Book
Center for the Arts and Jackson Hole Travel and Tourism Board are kicking off a six-part series of programming for all ages. The Discovery! Series will begin with a family-friendly spin on the classic, “Frankenstein.” The show starts at 6 p.m. in the Center Theater, and tickets cost $8 to $11 for students and $15 to $25 for adults. The theatrical performance will utilize an immersive comic book design to confront modern monsters like climate change, AI and technology. Purchase tickets online here.
Haunted House
The community is invited the Teton County/Jackson Parks and Recreation’s first-ever haunted house. This event is free and suitable for all ages. The sinister setup will take place at the Community Recreation Center from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Attendees are asked to wear costumes and bring their Halloween spirit and some friends. Parks & Rec is encouraging people to RSVP by emailing Rachel Carey.
