UPDATE (10-26-18): Sorber has gone missing. Federal authorities are offering a $5,000 reward for information on the whereabouts of a man charged with vandalizing and setting fire to a local Republican Party headquarters in downtown Laramie last September.

Casper radio station K2 is reporting the FBI has made an arrest in the case of suspected arson involving the Albany County Republican Party headquarters in Laramie last month.

Kellen Michael Sorber is charged with one count of using fire to commit a felony in the fire during the early morning hours of September 6.

Federal investigators were able to scrape DNA off evidence left at the scene. A nearby video surveillance camera also caught a man reported to be Sorber entering and leaving the building around the time of the incident at the GOP headquarters, 214 E. Ivinson Ave.

The GOP reopened the office on October 8.
