WILSON, Wyo. — Teton County/Jackson Parks and Recreation announced that contractors will begin routine maintenance at the Wilson Boat Ramp this week.

According to the press release, the ramp northwest of the Snake River Bridge will see crews from Yellow Iron start excavation work on Wednesday, July 16, at 8 a.m. While crews perform the maintenance work, the river will still be accessible via the boat ramp, but river users can expect short delays to ensure safe launch conditions.

The work is expected to be complete by early afternoon.

“Teton County/Jackson Parks and Recreation appreciate the community’s patience as crews work to maintain a safe and accessible boat ramp,” reads the press release.
