JACKSON HOLE, WYO – As a tight “high altitude stink funk” quintet, Sneaky Pete & the Secret Weapons are still writing and putting out new material, as evidenced from the two videos below. Catch these songs and others from their three-album catalog in person for what they are billing as an End of Summer Party, this Friday at the Pink Garter Theatre.
Recorded this past July in Bozeman, these two video sessions feature “Ragu”—written by keyboardist Galen Karnatz as a soundcheck improvisation before a show—and “Shambles,” an “epic tale of wildlife interaction tells of a cathartic moment deep in a mysterious canyon,” written by guitarist Jack Tolan.
Showtime is 9 p.m. and tickets are $15 via PinkGarterTheatre.com.
