Slow Goat Farm located in Lander, WY, is a small-batch farmstead, that produces artisan cheeses from Nigerian Dwarf goats and East Friesian sheep. Their mission is to make authentic, wholesome, sustainably produced artisan cheeses to share with their community. They believe that high-quality milk comes from happy and healthy animals, so their animals enjoy open pasture, good clean spring water, and organically sourced grains!
