JACKSON, Wyo. – A Bondurant billionaire was denied a zoning change that would have allowed him to move forward with plans to develop a 45-room destination resort in the Hoback.
TD Ameritrade founder and part owner of the Chicago Cubs Joe Ricketts’ proposed Jackson Fork Ranch Lodge was shot down by 4-1 vote of Sublette County commissioners this week according to a Jackson Hole News&Guide story.
The vote followed a 3-1 recommendation of denial last month by the planning and zoning committee, according to the Sublette Examiner.
