JACKSON HOLE, WYO – If your plans take you to Jenny Lake tomorrow, be aware of paving activities that will add to the construction impacts associated with the Jenny Lake Renewal Project.
The Jenny Lake Ranger Station will be closed from about noon until the end of the day. Climbing rangers will be on hand in the temporary Jenny Lake Visitor Center for information.
For those looking for a backcountry permit, you will need to visit the permits desk at either Craig Thomas Discovery and Visitor Center in Moose or Colter Bay Visitor Center.
The paving activities will cause some delays in the parking area and trail detours to access the lake and boat dock. Signage and staff will be on hand to provide directions. Construction schedule is subject to change due to weather and other factors.
