JACKSON, WY— Have you ever thought, “I’d love an entire day to work on myself without the usual distractions?”

This is what One For All is offering in its one-day “Workshop Your Wellness” Sunday, February 10. Come spend the day with a team of experts who can help you use that time productively. We’ve put together a great balance of exercise, rest, reflection, and healthy food all with the goal to refresh, re-energize, and make you feel great. Many of us know what our bodies can feel like at their best. Much of the day will be dedicated to achieving that feeling. You’ll do state-of-the-art exercises to improve your physical strength and flexibility.

But the body is just one component of overall health. You’ll learn how to work on the mental side, too, so you can deal more effectively with the stresses of life and work, and contribute meaningfully and productively whenever, wherever you want to: your family, community, on the job, etc. It’s about total and complete wellness.

The workshop is Sunday, February 10 from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. It costs $400 for the day, but ask your employer if financial assistance is available. Email scottb.smith100@gmail.com or kristenellingson22@gmail.com to sign up.

Why Attend?
Think about it! Have you ever done anything without your mind and body? Most of us see the direct correlation between our minds and bodies’ health and the quality of our lives. But we might not always give our wellbeing consistent attention. Taking a whole day to check in on how your mind and body are functioning will help you see what’s working and what’s not, and you’ll learn surprisingly simple methods for directing your thoughts and movements in ways that benefit your overall health.

Who We Are
Three personal trainers and wellness professionals from Jackson Hole have teamed up with Randy Coin of Coin Harlan Consulting and One for All, her two companies that train corporate employees and leaders in the art of critical thinking and various leadership skills. The four of us share a passion for helping people live well. That’s why we designed the day to actively practice doing just that. The day will be 100 percent experiential; we want to send everyone off with the ability to do everything they learn easily, on their own, anytime. We are confident if you come, you will leave being able to use your mind and body in new ways to improve your physical and mental wellness on your own.

What
The day is really about rewiring body and mind. Three professional personal trainers will guide the group through a variety of physical exercises to reprogram ineffective movement patterns, improve posture and balance, and build strength. This will help keep you on the slopes, field, or court instead of on the sidelines, and if you’re not that kind of athlete, just make activities you do every day easier and more comfortable. You’ll learn how to perform a world-renowned stretching method used by professional athletes. It restores superficial and deep fascial planes allowing for maximum flexibility. Some people don’t realize they can rewire their mind in exactly the same way. Believe it or not, negativity, stress, and some forms of emotionality are sometimes just learned, habitual thinking patterns. Awareness exercises can help you see these patterns and how they are or aren’t serving you and enable you to change them. In this workshop, we’ll help you see what yours are and teach you new ones that can, over time, help you eliminate experiences you’re ready to leave behind and create new ones you’d really like to have.
