WILSON, Wyo. — Wilson Advocacy invites the community to the “I Love Wilson Jubilee” celebration on Father’s Day this Sunday, June 16 from 2 to 6 p.m. at Owen-Bircher Park.
This free event will commemorate the new Stilson to Wilson pathway, the renovated wetlands boardwalk, the new Teton Raptor Center campus and all of Wilson’s wonderful businesses and restaurants. With the recent closure of Teton Pass, Wilson is open for business with shops and restaurants offering “Wilson Jubilee Specials” throughout the day — in a more quiet environment.
At Owen-Bircher Park, enjoy a free, live concert by Young & Musser. Walker Young of Truth & Salvage Company and Ben Musser, also known as Benyaro, are a soulful duo with a energetic country vibe.

The event’s festivities will offer something for everyone with kids games, a strider bike park, face painting and more. Kids can decorate a bike, then participate in the Friends of Pathways Jubilee Scavenger Hunt. Collect stickers at five pathway stops, then enter to win a raffle with awesome prizes. Participants can receive a free water bottle from St. John’s Health, while supplies last.

Businesses will be offering Wilson Day deals and fun activities. Local nonprofits will be providing meet and greets, along with various educational activities.
The Teton Raptor Center will have live birds, kids activities, learning lab experiences and The Nature Shop. At the Old Wilson Schoolhouse Community Center join in creating a community art project on a huge canvas using acrylic paints. Additionally, learn about the Jackson Hole Historical Preservation Board’s assessment of Wilson buildings and their historical significance. Free ice cream bars and popcicles will be provided for all.
During the day, bring a picnic or enjoy food and beverages from Streetfood Food Truck. A bar will also be selling a selection of beverages.
Participants can park at the Stilson lot and walk or bike on the new pathways to the Teton Raptor Center, downtown Wilson, the Old Wilson Schoolhouse or Owen-Bircher Park. For those who prefer to roll on four wheels, a free shuttle van will circulate from Stilson to the other venues throughout afternoon.
The event will occur rain or shine. For a schedule, map and additional details, visit wilsonadvocacy.org/jubilee.
