Weight restrictions begin on county roads with spring thaw

JACKSON HOLE, WYO — With spring thaw conditions are in the forecast, the Road & Levee Department has announced weight restrictions will go into effect on select county roads beginning tomorrow.

County roads listed below will be reduced to a 40,000-lb gross vehicle weight (GVW) restriction, effective March 19, 2019 until further notice. Emergency vehicles and critical services including propane delivery and refuse collection are exempt from this order.
