JACKSON, Wyo. — With more than 200 nonprofit organizations, Jackson is known as one of the most philanthropic towns in the country, and individuals can contribute by volunteering for one of the many community-focused programs.
Below is a list of current and upcoming volunteer opportunities provided by Volunteer JH,, a place where Teton County organizations can list their volunteer needs and where community members can learn about available opportunities.
- Usher for the Grand Teton Music Festival. Opportunity is available until August 27, ages 18 and up.
- Sprout Summer Lunch Program by Hole Food Rescue. Opportunity is available until September 1, ages 16 and up.
- 4th of July Street Breakfast by Jackson Hole Lions Club. Opportunity is available on July 4, ages 12 and up.
- Strider Course by Friends of Pathways. Opportunities are available on July 6 and August 3, ages 16 and up.
- PSL Starter Kit Meet & Make by People Spread Love. Opportunity is available on June 29, ages 16 and up.
- Put your tools to work for Jackson Hole Children’s Museum. Opportunity is ongoing, ages 16 and up.
