Some winter enthusiasts might see this cold spike as a welcome change from the relatively warm winter. Buckrail Meteorologist Alan Smith anticipates that sunshine will return on Saturday afternoon.
“A significant warm-up is expected on Sunday and Monday with highs reaching the 40s in the valley,” Smith wrote Wednesday evening. “Next week, a storm is possible around Tuesday-Wednesday.”
