JACKSON, Wyo. — Jackson Hole Fire/EMS is hosting an open house this afternoon from 4-7 p.m. at the new Fire Station 1.

The new station was completed in early May.

Fire/EMS personnel will give tours of the new facility and serve free ice cream for kids.

The years-long project was initially brought forward in 2010 and was funded through a Specific Purpose Excise Tax (SPET) which was voted on by Town & County residents and paid for with Sales Tax funds.
