JACKSON, Wyo. – St. John’s Home Care and Hospice in coordination with St. John’s Hospital Foundation invites the community to this year’s Light up a Life, a memorial service held Wednesday, December 4 at 5:30 p.m. in St. John’s Medical Center.

A celebratory memorial to the lives of those loved and lost, the Light up a Life evening is free and open to public. Neurologic Music Therapist, Hilary Camino alongside the children of St. John’s Child Care Center will perform at the gathering. And refreshment will be provided.

“It is a meaningful event for so many.” said Katie Abbott, Director of St. John’s Home Care and Hospice. “We gather together to hear uplifting songs by local musicians and light candles, as hospice volunteers read aloud the names of loved ones being remembered and honored.”

Recognition of a loved one at the memorial accompanies a $20 dollar contribution to the vital support and philanthropic services of St. John’s Hospital Foundation Hospice Fund, a care giving body which extends compassionate, end of life comforts to loved ones and families.
