JACKSON, Wyo. — Turnpike Troubadours made their Snow King summit debut on Thursday, June 25, to a sold-out crowd.

Last week hosted a medley of musicians at the top of Town Hill, including indie/folk singer Gregory Alan Isakov on Tuesday and Jamaican reggae musician Ziggy Marley on Saturday.

Cowboy hats were an accessory of choice on Thursday for the country band from Tahlequah, Oklahoma.

As usual, the sunset beyond the Tetons did not disappoint, creating a mountainous silhouette backdrop for the band’s twangy guitars, gritty lyrics and dreamy vocals.

Turnpike Troubadours have played in Jackson before, hitting the stage at Jackson Hole Live in 2015 with Shakey Graves, and performing at the bar formerly known as the Town Square Tavern (currently Roadhouse Pub & Eatery).
