JACKSON, Wyo. — Jean Fulton turned 91 today, but she couldn’t have a party.

Instead, she got a parade.

A caravan of vehicles including police cars, sheriff’s squad cars, and an ambulance, drove by Fulton’s house this morning to wish her a happy birthday. Drivers and passengers carried signs decorated in Fulton’s favorite colors: pink and purple. Lights flashed and cheers erupted as Fulton watched safely from her front porch.

Nick joined as the official Buckrail photographer in 2018. He graduated from The University of Wisconsin Stout with a degree in Cross-Media Graphics Management and a minor in Photography and Video.
