Sidewalk construction project begins in May

JACKSON, Wyo. — The Town of Jackson & Evans Construction Company will start the 2020 Sidewalk Improvement Project starting in May. Members of the community will have a chance to discuss during a “Virtual Public Open House” today, March 17, 5:30-7 p.m.

This project will include:

  • Installing new sidewalks, curbs & gutters on the north side of E. Hansen from S. Cache to Redmond Street.
  • Sidewalk improvements along S. Jackson Street from W. Broadway to W. Pearl.
  • Reconstruction of East Pearl Ave. near South Jackson Street intersection. A complete street rebuild.

The Town of Jackson Engineering Department will host a Virtual Public Open House on Tuesday, March 17, 2020, from 5:30-7 p.m. to review construction phases and impacts to roads and local traffic. All businesses and residents in the surrounding areas are encouraged to attend this virtual meeting. Please DO NOT come to Town Hall for the meeting. The doors will be locked.
