JACKSON, Wyo. — Sections of the Teton County Pathways system will be closed intermittently next week while crews perform routine maintenance.

According to a press release from Teton County/Jackson Parks & Rec, annual sealcoating of the bike paths will take place from Monday, August 4, to Friday, August 8. Sections of the path will be closed for up to four hours, and could be closed multiple times during the sealcoating process.

Pathway users are asked to obey all signs, be aware of crews working in the area and stay off freshly sealed paths until the sealant is completely dry.

Information about the closures, including dates and times, will be posted on signs in the project areas. These details are subject to change due to weather or other circumstances. Users can expect to encounter construction crews, and sealing will likely extend across minor intersections and driveways.
