JACKSON, Wyo. — The 2026 Community Quality of Life Survey by Teton County Public Health is now open. Anyone over the age of 18 who lives, works or plays in Teton County, Wyoming, is encouraged to take the survey.

Responses will be anonymous. The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete.

The survey asks questions about the community’s perception of health, quality of life, access to healthcare and health issues in Teton County. Survey results will serve as a data point for a community health assessment that takes place every three years.

Public health is hoping to get at least 1,500 responses, which can be submitted in either English or Spanish.
