JACKSON, Wyo. — Today, Dec. 31, Teton County School district announced that the Board of Trustees will hold a meeting tomorrow Jan. 1 to discuss the continuation of mask requirements at area schools.

The Board had previously voted on Nov. 10 to follow town, county, and state health orders, a policy outlined in the  “TCSD Smart Start & In-person Learning Plan”, effective Jan.1, 2022. If the Board decides to stick with their current plan, masks will not be required for students or staff when school is back in session on Jan. 3.

Teton County’s current mask mandate expires today, Dec. 31, 2021.

The Board of Trustees will meet tomorrow Jan. 1 at 5 p.m. virtually.
