JACKSON, Wyo. — The Salvation Army is searching for bell ringers to occupy one of the five stations throughout town. A volunteer’s job is to collect money in the classic red kettles until Christmas Eve, Dec. 24.

Bell Ringing volunteers are needed now through Dec. 24. Currently, the weekend slots are only 25% full and community members are needed. Shifts are one hour long at one of the following locations: Ace Hardware, Albertsons, Town Square (Broadway & Cache), TJ Maxx and Smith’s Grocery. During the holiday season, these kettles collect between $12,000 and $17,000.

“We just need the community to ring the bells and help us provide for those less fortunate,” said the Salvation Army.
