JACKSON, Wyo. — As winter approaches, so does the closing date for construction projects in the Town’s public Right-of-Way (ROW).

Between Oct. 15, 2021 and April 15, 2022 all excavation in the Town of Jackson will be closed.

Construction within the Town’s ROW must end on Friday, Oct. 15, except by special permission of the Public Works Director. This policy protects the ROW during the months of the year when the ground is frozen.
