JACKSON, Wyo. — Rep. Liz Storer has announced her campaign to seek a third term representing House District 23 in the Wyoming House of Representatives.

The Democrat was first elected in 2022. Her campaign website outlines the following priorities: women’s reproductive freedom, affordable housing, education, conservation, management of the state’s permanent fund, tax policy, state trust land management, community investment and water quality.

“Teton County contributes significantly to Wyoming’s economy and identity, but our communities face real pressures from rising costs, growth, infrastructure demands, and political polarization,” Storer said in her campaign announcement. “We need leadership grounded in accountability, collaboration, and practical problem-solving — not performative politics.”

Representing District 23, she serves a large swath of Teton County, including: Skyline/Hi-Country/Gros Ventre Butte, North Jackson, Mid Jackson – Hillside, Rafter J, Southeast of Jackson/East Hoback, Indian Trails, Kelly/Moose/Airport, Moran, Moose/Wilson Road, Teton Village/Moose/Wilson Road and Alta.

“We are seeing a growing disconnect between the values of Wyoming communities and the increasingly divisive, ideological politics shaping state government,” said Storer. “Teton County deserves a strong, effective voice in Cheyenne that is focused on real issues impacting working families, local businesses, public lands, education, and the future of our communities.”

In the state legislature, Storer currently serves on the select committee for capital financing and investments; the committee for travel, recreation, wildlife and cultural resources; and the revenue committee. She is married to Teton County Commissioner Luther Propst.
