JACKSON, Wyo.—The Teton County Health Department is currently vaccinating individuals included in Phase 1C and individuals who qualified under Phase 1A and 1B but have not yet received the COVID vaccine.
Individuals who qualify for any of the Phase 1 subgroups can register themselves by going to www.tetoncountywy.gov/covidvax and filling out the online registration form. Please submit your information only once. You will stay on the registry until you are selected and receive a vaccine. Emails containing the link to register for a COVID vaccine appointment are sent from, [email protected]. We encourage community members to look in their spam folders to make sure they don’t miss the email. The population groups from Phase 1C that can currently register for the COVID-19 vaccine include:
- Essential Critical Infrastructure Workforce who are unable to physically distance or telework
- Those with the following conditions: a. Moderate-to-severe asthma b. Hypertension or high blood pressure c. Liver disease d. Overweight (BMI 25-30) e. Thalassemia
- People 50-64
- People who are homeless
- People living in dormitories
No insurance information will be collected, and the COVID-19 vaccine is completely free. If you need assistance completing the registration process, please dial the registration call center at (307) 732-8628, option 1. The call center is staffed by volunteer operators and will be open Mondays-Fridays, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. If you are unable to get through to the call center please call back, as it is experiencing high call volumes at this time.
