President, first lady test positive for COVID

JACKSON, Wyo. — President Donald Trump announced early this morning via Twitter that he and his wife Melania Trump have tested positive for the coronavirus.

“We will begin our quarantine and recovery process immediately,” Trump wrote. “We will get through this TOGETHER!”

Representative Liz Cheney was first among Wyoming’s delegates to offer her condolences.

“Our thoughts are with President Trump and the First Lady this morning, and I’m praying for a full and speedy recovery for both of them,” Cheney said.
