Intoxicated male in front of bar, began consuming alcohol from an open container, male refused to comply with commands given by officers, man attempted to run from officers, man resisted arrest and was taken into custody.

A woman was asked to leave a bar and refused. Officers were asked to assist, the woman was told she needed to leave by Officers and she refused. The woman was arrested for criminal trespass. During the arrest the woman resisted Officers physically and was charged with interference. Because of her level of intoxication she was brought to the hospital to be checked out, while at the hospital the woman spit on an Officer intentionally, she was also charged with unlawful contact.

Officer observed intoxicated male walking along S. Glenwood Ave. The intoxicated male was unable to keep his balance and stumbled into several balcony posts while walking along S. Glenwood. The Male turned onto W. Broadway and was unable to keep his balance while walking and used the whole sidewalk. The intoxicated male was unable to give a definite answer when asked where he lived therefore officers were unable to get him a cab home. The intoxicated male displayed sign of intoxication such as poor balance, bloodshot watery eyes, and slurred speech. The intoxicated male also seemed confused and disoriented.

Subject was located sitting on the sidewalk outside of a local bar. Subject urinated on the sidewalk and in the subject’s pants. Arrest made for public intoxication.

Officers responded to a business in reference to a disturbance/trespass issue. Several people were pointed out by business staff as having caused the disturbance. Two individuals were issued trespass notices. One female was found to be under 21 and also under the influence of alcohol, she was arrested for minor under the influence. One male was found to be on probation and not to possess or consume alcohol, he was also under the influence of an alcoholic beverage and was arrested.

A woman reported a suspicious man walking back and forth on the rear balcony of a business. The man was found to be intoxicated to a degree that he was unable to care for his own needs and was arrested for public intoxication.
