Officer was flagged down by a citizen while driving on highway regarding a vehicle parked in the center turn lane almost causing a crash. Vehicle had expired registration, an obscured front windshield. Driver contacted, did not have a driver’s license or valid insurance for the vehicle. Driver arrested.

Hit and run occurred in a local parking lot. Suspect vehicle is white colored based on paint transfer. Security video from the parking lot shows a possible suspect vehicle as a small cross over SUV, but has not been identified.
Welfare check was called for and the subject contacted was found to be intoxicated. The intoxication violated his release terms.

A pickup left the roadway and crashed into an irrigation ditch. A drunk man was found at the scene of the crash outside the pickup. The drunk man was the registered owner of the pickup but denied driving. Officers were unable to prove the drunk man was in physical control of the pickup when the crash occurred. The drunk man was arrested for public intoxication. PBT .325%.
