Clark is FIV positive so there are a few FIV facts to know before adopting Clark:

  1. FIV positive kitties tend to be the FRIENDLIEST! Clark is no exception to this trend.
  2. They can live a full and healthy life with a couple of easy precautions.
  3. They need to live indoors, to preserve their immune system and not potentially spread FIV to other cats.
  4. It is usually best that they are the only cat of the household, but FIV only spreads due to mating and deep puncture wounds from fighting…. which typically happens when cats punk out in each other over mating squabbles. Clark is neutered so his zest to mate is nonexistent.
