
“When snow depths get to the levels we’re seeing around Jackson now, we usually start to see animals using the plowed roads and pathways more. So we need to drive slower and be on the lookout for these animals. We need to give them as much space as possible so as not to cause additional stress.”
All of this snow is bringing moose into developed areas. The community can take these measures to make life easier for local animals.
