Lightning strikes tree in Indian Trails this morning

JACKSON HOLE, WYO – Katie Tufte knew a lightning strike this morning hit close considering how much the whole house shook. When she went outside, she was surprised to see just how close.

A tall pine tree in the front yard, just 10 feet from the garage, was ripped by a bolt around at around 6:40am.

Thankfully, no damage was experienced other than that to the tree at the residence in Indian Trails.
