The Development and Construction Owner’s Representative serves as the on-site Owner’s Representative for all in-house residential construction and as the primary on-site liaison for vertical infrastructure construction. Reporting to the Developer (Sterling Bay – Chicago) and the Tributary GM/COO, this role acts as the central conduit between the Developer, General Contractors, the Real Estate team, and private buyers across a multi-build community development.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in elevated dining. 
• familiarity with knife work, sauces, butchery, and ability to move through different stations.
• English fluency preferred, Spanish a plus.

The Sr. PR Manager has at least four years of public relations experience, or equivalent marketing and communications experience.

The Sr. PR Manager owns successful client relationship management and the implementation of work across multiple national brands, while providing positive workplace leadership across the agency.

This is a senior individual contributor role with growing leadership scope: the Sr. PR Manager operates with a high degree of autonomy, serves as a day-to-day strategic partner to clients, supports and mentors Account Coordinators, and reports progress and elevates pertinent issues to agency leadership.

The event support team supports a wide range of on-call and special events, including holiday celebrations, private club functions, and signature occasions throughout the year. This is an event-based, flexible role suited to hospitality professionals who enjoy variety, perform well in fast-paced settings, and take pride in delivering memorable guest experiences. Team members may be hired as bartenders, servers, server assistants, and bussers, setup and breakdown staff, or general event support. Actual duties vary by assigned role and event. All team members contribute to smooth event execution, attentive guest service, and well-maintained service areas. Schedules are variable and typically include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The Old Bill’s Event Assistant is a temporary, part-time position that will work with the Special Events Officer and the Office Manager to support the planning and execution of Old Bill’s Fun Run.

Main responsibilities include providing event support during the Old Bill’s Giving Season and staffing Old Bill’s Headquarters. Each day will be different and could range from helping a community member with their Old Bill’s donation and answering Old Bill’s-related questions to hanging up no parking signs along the Fun Run race route and marking booth locations on the Jackson Elementary School field.
