JACKSON, Wyo. — Neon lights are back in style this week as the Teton County Fair entertains valley residents with carnival rides, nostalgic fair games, corn dogs, and other local and regional food options.

With temps still soaring into the high 80s during the day, it’s a great time to hop on a dizzying ride and feel the breeze. Grab a cold beverage and listen to some free live music under the Big Top Tent — one never knows which friendly faces might be out and about.

After the sun sinks down is when it really comes alive. Against the bright lights of the Ferris wheel, locals try their hand at winning a goldfish or a stuffed animal. Cotton candy and funnel cake smells tempt kids and adults alike.

Ahh, there’s nothing like the county fair.
