TETON VILLAGE, Wyo. — Jackson Hole Mountain Resort (JHMR) is ready to ring in the new year!
Head to Teton Village on Tuesday, Dec. 31, for New Year’s Eve fireworks, a Glow Worm Parade and the annual Torchlight Parade. Festivities begin at 4:30 p.m. at the base of the Sweetwater Gondola.
All children are welcome to participate in the Glow Worm Parade, which substitutes glow sticks for torch lights. No sign-up necessary. Kids will load onto the gondola from 4:30 to 5:15 p.m., and the parade will begin at 5:30 p.m. Glow Worm participants are encouraged to arrive dressed in skis and boots without poles. Participation is free and parents are not required to accompany skiers but are welcome to join. Retrieve Glow Worms from the base of Sweetwater Gondola after the parade.
Enjoy the Torchlight Parade around 6 p.m., following the Glow Worm Parade. Mountain Ski Patrol staff will ski down with torches.
Fireworks will follow the Torchlight event. Say hello to 2025 with these classic JHMR traditions!
