JACKSON, Wyo. — Jackson Hole Mountain Resort (JHMR) recently broke ground on phase two of their employee housing units on Powderhorn lane.

According to JHMR, Century Contractors from Idaho Falls is the general contractor and will be using local and regional subcontractors. The contractors have constructed job fencing and begun to bring job trailers to the site.

The project will take 16-18 months, with rooms available for employees by the 2023/2024 winter season.

Three four-story buildings will be constructed, adding 30 units of employee housing, totaling 90 beds. The apartments will be a combination of one-bedroom, two-bedroom and four-bedroom apartment-style units.
