JACKSON, Wyo. — The Teton County Health Department recently announced that the Healthy Teton County 2024 Community Health Needs Assessment Survey is open.

Now in its fourth round, the survey asks questions about the perception of health, quality of life and health issues in the County. It will be used to determine the community’s top health issues and the findings will be published in the 2024 Community Health Needs Assessment in June, the Health Department said.

The survey was previously conducted in 2015, 2018 and 2021. It was started by the Teton County Health Department and St. John’s Health in 2013 and aims to complete a comprehensive community health needs assessment. This year, Voices JH has also joined as a partner.

The survey is available in both English and Spanish, and responses are anonymous. The survey can be found at this link.

“Anyone over the age of 18 who lives, works or plays in Teton County, WY is welcome to take the survey,” says the Health Department.
