JACKSON, Wyo. — The Town of Jackson and Teton County have announced several closures for this upcoming Thanksgiving holiday.
The Town Hall Administrative Offices will be closed on Thursday, Nov. 23 and Friday, Nov. 24 in observance of Thanksgiving. Administrative Offices will re-open on Monday, Nov. 28.
“We wish you a very safe and joyful Thanksgiving,” said the Town.
START Bus has also announced that there will be no commuter bus service on Thanksgiving Day and limited service on Friday, Nov. 24. Full commuter bus service will resume on Monday, Nov. 27.
Other START routes and services including Town Shuttle routes, Teton Village routes and START on Demand will remain operational on Thursday, Nov. 23.
Saturday, Nov. 25, the winter bus schedule begins for the season, effective through April 14, 2024.
The Teton County Trash Transfer Station and the Recycling Center will also be closed on Thursday and Friday for the Thanksgiving holiday. The Trash Transfer Station will resume normal hours of operation on Saturday, Nov. 25.
The public is reminded that outdoor recycling bins at the Recycling Center and all community recycling sites are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Please be considerate and flatten all cardboard. If bins are full, do not leave recyclables on the ground.
