JACKSON, Wyo. — The Garaman Pathway will be closed on Tuesday and Wednesday this week, according to a Monday announcement by the Town of Jackson (TOJ).

From 9 a.m. on Tuesday until 5 p.m. on Wednesday, the path will be inaccessible between Elk Run Lane and the Josie’s/KC Trail access point. That trailhead will remain accessible, TOJ noted. The pathway will be accessible from Crabtree Lane, as depicted in TOJ’s detour map:

“This closure is for work to establish a thaw well to decrease potential flooding due to frazil ice during extreme cold temperatures,” TOJ shared.
