JACKSON, Wyo. — Summer is winding down in Grand Teton National Park but there is still plenty of time to enjoy the fall before the Teton Park Road closes Nov. 1.

Facilities and services began closing this month and will continue to taper off through October.

The last day to access Jenny Lake Visitor Center and Lawrence S. Rockefeller Preserve Center is Sunday, Sept. 24.

Next Wednesday, Sept. 27, is the last day to access Colter Bay Campground, Cabins, and general store. It’s also the last day Jenny Lake Campground is open. Leeks Marina and Signal Mountain Marina both close on the evening of Sept. 29. Colter Bay Marina closed on Sunday, but like Leeks and Signal Mountain Marinas, boaters are welcome to use the ramp beyond the closure. Jenny Lake Boat Shuttle will operate for the final day of the season, Sept. 30.

Teton Park Road is open to vehicles from May 1 until Oct. 31. The road remains open to cyclists, walkers, joggers, leashed dogs, etc. until it is snow-covered and transitions to over-snow travel only.
