Moran, Wyo. — Colter Bay Marina in Grand Teton National Park is set to close for the season on Sunday, Sept. 17 at 5 p.m., according to Grand Teton Lodge Company, which holds the concessioner permit for marina services.

The boat ramp will be open beyond the closure but users will not have support from the marina. The image below depicts provisional data on water levels at the boat ramps, as of Sept. 11. Water levels can be tracked here.

“Current [water] levels are approaching the minimum levels for vessels over 30 ft in length,” Sarah Howe, director of Sales and Marketing at Grand Teton Lodge Company, said in an email to Buckrail.

Colter Bay Visitor Center closes Oct. 7. The Colter Bay Campground and Cabins close Sept. 27 and the RV Park, along with the convenience store and gas station, close Oct. 8.
