JACKSON, Wyo. — The Jackson Town Council and the Board of County Commissioners have a busy week of meetings.
On Monday, the council and board will meet at 2 p.m.
Police Chief Michelle Weber, Fire Chief Brady Hansen, Teton County Sherriff Matt Carr and others will present Radio Committee and Subscriber Agreements to address the aging radio communication infrastructure in Teton County. Following that, local Town and County elected officials will be joined by representatives from Lincoln County, WY, Teton County ID, communities of Alpine, Victor, Driggs, Tetonia and others for a presentation of the Regional Housing Needs Assessment.
The council will then meet for a regular meeting at 6 p.m. Deputy Town Clerk Lynsey Lenamond will present the Roadhouse Microbrewery Annual Liquor License Renewal. Following that, Town Attorney Lea Colasuonno will present an Easement Amendment for Snow King Mountain. Next, Pathways Coordinator Brian Schilling will present a concept design for Scott Lane and Maple Way. Under Planning, Paul Anthony, Planning Director, will present a Boundary Adjustment on Budge Drive and Town Planner Tyler Valentine will present a Conditional Use Permit and Adjustment for the Parks & Rec Center. Then, Police Chief Michelle Weber will present a speed limit study.
On Tuesday, March 8 the Town Council and County Commission will convene for a retreat beginning at 9 a.m. at Snow King Hotel in the Grand Room. The two bodies will consider the Specific Purpose Excise Tax (SPET) and future town and county funding options and diversification.
