Cops in IF looking for bank-robbing zombie ghoul

IDAHO FALLS, IDA – First, full disclosure: Buckrail does not normally cover the Idaho Falls area, but in this case, we could not resist passing along this totally creepy news from Halloween.

Bonneville County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a bank robbery yesterday afternoon at the Zions Bank in Ammon located at Sunnyside Rd. and 25th E. Hillcrest High School and Sandcreek Middle School were briefly locked down at the onset of this call as a safety precaution.

Also, Bonneville County dispatch has put out a Code Red Alert to nearby areas altering residents to this incident. Deputies are still in the process of gathering suspect information at this time bit one thing they know from surveillance tape footage: they’re looking for a monster.

Sgt. Bryan Lovell of the Bonneville County Sheriff’s Office said the male suspect was wearing dark clothing, and a mask with a large amount of hair and a skull type face. The suspect is approximately 5’7″ tall and was walking with a limp. The suspect was last seen fleeing the bank on foot east bound on Sunnyside Road in front of Broulims.
