JACKSON HOLE, WYO – Call them Lucky, but the grocer in the Powderhorn Plaza took home first place honors in the Chamber’s High Noon Chili Cookoff last Sunday as part of Elkfest celebrations.

The 16thannual cookoff featured categories for professional and amateur entries.

Judges found Lucky’s Market to their liking, pinning the blue ribbon on their chili. The popular food truck out of Wilson, Little Red Café, grabbed second place and was the People’s Choice in the professional division.

Boy Scouts of America Jackson Hole won the amateur category with their sizzling chili entry. Scott Eren came in second place. The Boy Scouts were also the people’s pick for fav amateur dish at the event.
