Body found early this morning that of missing Sublette County woman

SUBLETTE COUNTY, Wyo. — A missing person from the Pinedale area has turned up dead.

The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office confirmed a body found a body found this morning in a vehicle alongside a BLM road in Sublette County was that of Mary “Lynne” Latham.

Friends and family called Mary by her middle name, Lynne. She was reported missing June 6 when she was last seen at her residence on State Highway 353 in Boulder, Wyoming. She was driving a red 2020 Red Jeep a Grand Cherokee unknown direction of travel.

A friend of the family made the discovery of Latham early Sunday morning. The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office was notified and responded to the location where they found Latham deceased.

Cause of death is under investigation.

“The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office extends its deepest sympathy to the Latham and Richie family, and asks the community respect their privacy at this time,” said Sheriff KC Lehr.
