JACKSON, Wyo. —  As part of its free community wellness series, “Mindfulness Works — If You Work It!,” Becoming Jackson Whole is presenting “Mindful Parenting” to help share parenting strategies with local families.

The event will take place at the Teton County Library’s Ordway Auditorium on Tuesday, May 13, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. The session will be led by Parenting Educator and Founder of Growing Great Families Rachel Wigglesworth.

“Learn practical ways to integrate mindfulness practice into your daily life, improving well-being and mental fitness at work, home and play,” Becoming Jackson Whole said in a statement.
