JACKSON, Wyo. – Cowgirls at The Cowboy, the nation’s only all-female country music festival, is returning to Jackson Hole and the stage of the iconic Million Dollar Cowboy Bar on October 3, 4 and 5 (Thursday, Friday and Saturday) for the third consecutive year.

Nashville-based artist and Jackson Hole favorite Jenny Tolman is once again curating the event designed to celebrate strong women in music. This year will feature five of the top female singers and songwriters in recent country music history.

Lauded as “country’s most down-to-earth songwriter” by the New York Times, Ashley McBryde cut her teeth playing country songs in biker bars – and it shows. The Grammy, CMA and ACM award winner has become a standout artist, with her powerful performances and genuine connection garnering numerous sold out shows across the U.S. and Europe. McBryde has produced a series of hits, including the RIAA Platinum-certified “One Night Standards,” Platinum-certified No. 1 “Never Wanted To Be That Girl” with Carly Pearce and Gold-certified “A Little Dive Bar in Dahlonega.” The Grand Ole Opry member’s latest critically acclaimed album The Devil I Know features lead single “Light On In The Kitchen” and her current single “The Devil I Know.”  This Oct. 5 show will mark the Jackson Hole debut for McBryde and her band.

Cowgirls will kick off on Thursday night, Oct. 3, with a Songwriter Showcase. Tolman will be joined by Canadian singer-songwriter, Tenille Townes, winner of two ACM awards and 15 Canadian Country Music Association awards, and Lori McKenna, the multiple Grammy, CMA and ACM award-winning writer of mega hits for artists as varied as Taylor Swift, Lady Gaga, Tim McGraw, Faith Hill and dozens of others. The artists will sing their biggest songs and share the stories behind them.

Friday night will feature two breakout female artists with full bands. Tolman and her band will make a triumphant return to the venue for her fifth consecutive year. Co-headlining that night will be Avery Anna, the platinum-certified artist who was nominated as the 2023 CMT Breakthrough Artist of the Year. With more than 500 million global streams, Anna has toured the world with artists including Chase Rice, Cole Swindell, Jordan Davis and BRELAND.

Tickets range from $35 to $375 and can be bought for one night of the festival or in a special three-night package. They can be purchased online at cowboybarjh.com starting Wednesday, Aug. 21 at 10 a.m. (MT).  Doors will open each night at 6:30 p.m., with shows beginning at 8 p.m. Thursday will be fully seated, while the dance floor will be open on Friday and Saturday. Attendees must be 21 or older.
