JACKSON HOLE, WYO – The Wyoming Department of Transportation will be performing avalanche mitigation work on US 89 at milepost 156.7 near the “Welcome to Jackson” sign. The work will cause intermittent traffic delays.
Crews are headed that way now and should begin the work sometime around 1:30-1:45pm. The length of intermittent delays will be determined by how much snow and debris will need to be cleared off the road. Please plan accordingly and expect delays. Crews will work as quickly as possible to get traffic moving again.
