JACKSON, Wyo. — Starting Sunday, Nov. 1, seasonal pathway closures will begin to protect winter wildlife movement patterns.

Sunday, the north Highway 89 pathway will close to minimize impact on migrating elk herds. Additional closures include the Wilson Boat Ramp to motorized vehicles starting Tuesday, Dec. 1.

Other closures will occur in wildlife-sensitive areas around the Town of Jackson.

Parks will remain open to the public, but restrooms and other facilities will close for the winter season.
