TOWN OF JACKSON
Locally-coined as “The Bistro,” this winter, the OG Fine Dining location is bringing back local favorites like the Pork Adobo. This French-American eatery is led by long-time Fine Dining team member, Jaime Perez. Chef Jaime has created a winter menu full of warm and hearty dishes, ideal for those cold winter nights. A new item that’s sure to be a hit? The Lamb Shank.
Launched this past Monday, the Bin22 menu is sure to delight diners and wine-drinkers alike. Featuring tapas-style small plates, Bin is surely a local favorite. Many love the option to grab a bottle of wine right from the shop and enjoy with cheese pairings, fresh mozzarella, and chats with friendly patrons at shared tables. Highlights of the new menu include a smoked salmon rillete, house-pulled mozzarella with squash and black garlic, and a winter version of the popular octopus.
Asian flavors are alive at The Kitchen. As always, you’ll find amazing fresh fish crudos, but this winter’s menu takes the Asian influences to a new level, showcasing amazing dishes like the fuyu scallops (with confit Tokyo turnips, celery root purée, micro cilantro salad and red tobiko) and the cheri duck (with pork belly and mixed potato hash, sour cherry and sake chutney).
Lead by long-time FDRG chef Luis, Osteria is the go-to for Teton Village diners that want to refuel after a long day of skiing. Enjoy a big, hearty bowl of fresh, house-made pasta or a crunchy-crust pizza. Their lobster linguine is sure to be a hit, as is the squid ink rigatoni.
This winter, Enoteca, FDRG’s Mediterranean inspired eatery, is better than ever. Patrons can expect a refined menu with Mediterranean plates, including crudos, mozzarellas, soups and more. An item you shouldn’t miss? Their ceviche with sea bass, shrimp, tuna and octopus. And for all the already established Enoteca fans, you’ll be happy to know the whipped ricotta is back!
Enoteca will be opened for grab-and-go breakfast, après, dinner every day, and lunch on the weekends. For those seeking a quick bite before heading up the hill, stop by Enoteca for an $8 burrito and coffee – aptly named “The Tram Special.”
Although the food truck won’t be operating during the winter months, the grab-and-go options as well as the prepared food menu are taking a winter spin. As always, Bodega will be your stop for craft beer, wine, sloshies and quick grocery items.
