JACKSON, Wyo. — The Wyoming Game and Fish Department will offer a low-cost hunting class at the Teton County Library on Thursday, Nov. 20, from 5 to 9:30 p.m. Other classes in the region will take place in Etna on Nov. 21 and Afton on Nov. 22.

To take the course, participants must have a Wyoming sportsperson ID number (SPID) and be at least 10 years old. SPIDs can be looked up or created on the Game and Fish login portal.

Students must complete the online portion of the course prior to the in-person Internet Completion Course (ICC) to earn their certification. The course will include an online module and the ICC class.

The online portion costs $24.95 and the ICC $5. Parents must create separate SPID profiles for their children.

For questions about these courses or registration, contact the Hunter Education team at wgfhuntered@wyo.gov.
